:: The NIS Mark Award by SON ::

The Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON) awarded African Textile Manufacturers Ltd the Nigerian Industrial Standards Certificate (NIS) Mark number 002978 for fulfilling four important steps in the certificate process as well as meeting the national standards requirements for good quality products. The NIS Mark award was the result of several laboratory tests, surveillances and inspection visits carried by Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON) on the products of the company. Our company is therefore authorized to use Nigerian Industrial Standards Certificate mark on its African/Super and wax prints. The Federal Government of Nigeria established Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON) via Decree No. 56 of 1971. SON is a member of international organization for Standardisation. It is a government authorized supervising agent to establish that a product or services is in conformity with prescribed standard. It also guaranteed quality to the consumer and acceptable manufacturing practices to the manufacturers.
